Order Cancellation Policy: Time Frame for Cancellation: Customers who wish to cancel their orders must do so within 2 hours of placing the purchase. Cancellations requested within this timeframe will be eligible for a partial refund, covering 50% of the total billing amount. This partial refund is due to our commitment to bearing initial transaction and processing costs, even for canceled orders.
Non-Cancellable Orders: Orders that have already been processed, packed, or dispatched cannot be canceled. This includes any orders where express shipping has been selected. Once these steps are initiated, the order is considered finalized and ineligible for cancellation.
