Flagyl dosage that causes relief from almost every type of bacterial complication is a 750mg dose, which is supposed to be taken thrice a day for at least a period of 5 – 10 days. Whereas, a single dose of 1 gram for a day or a 250 mg dose for a minimum period of 7 days that is to be taken three times on a daily basis.
